Good news! We now ship via UPS Next Day Air which is door-to-door overnight service. This means lower shipping prices and the animals will be delivered right to your home.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee that our animals are healthy, feeding (unless otherwise noted), and as described at the time of sale. Upon receiving your animal we allow 48 hrs. to decide if the animal was properly represented and in good condition. In the case of a DOA, we will need to have either the animal shipped back for examination, or clear photos of the animal in question via e-mail. Without the animals body or a photo, no refund or exchange will be given.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by money order, personal or company check, with a credit card over the phone, or by using PayPal. Personal checks may take two weeks to clear before shipment and there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Sorry, but we only accept PayPal from verified addresses. Payments from unverified addresses will be declined.
