SHIPPING
We now use Delta Dash as our primary shipping method for outgoing packages. This service offers same-day delivery which means that your animal will only be in transit between 4-6 hours (barring any unforeseen circumstances, such as missed flights or bad weather). You will be required to pick up the package from your local airport. The cost recently went up to $85.00.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee that our animals are healthy, feeding (unless otherwise noted), and as described at the time of sale. Upon receiving your animal we allow 48 hrs. to decide if the animal was properly represented and in good condition. In the case of a DOA, we will need to have either the animal shipped back for examination, or clear photos of the animal in question via e-mail. Without the animals body or a photo, no refund or exchange will be given. Sorry but we do not have any guarantee on amphibians.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by money order, personal or company check, with a credit card over the phone, or by using PayPal. Personal checks may take two weeks to clear before shipment and there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Sorry, but we only accept PayPal from verified addresses. Payments from unverified addresses will be declined.
